To purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance for your student trip follow the steps below:

2.  To figure your Travel Protection cost, multiply the cost of your trip by the rate factor of .0380. Example: $500 x .0380 = $19.00 (Minimum trip cost is $300.00). If you are a parent or chaperone and are over age 26 click here for rate and benefit information.

3.  Print an enrollment form by clicking here,  fill in the information and mail it with your check or credit card information to the address on the form.

4.  You will receive a confirmation letter and Certificate of Coverage in the mail. The Certificate of Coverage outlines the policy and also includes exclusion which apply. Please read it carefully. This program has a 10-day money back guarentee. You may cancel for any reason within 10-days of purchase.

Exclusions : The Certificate of Insurance Details exclusions which apply. Please read it carefully.
Pre-Existing Condition Exclusion: No benefits will be paid for losses or expenses incurred as a result of an injury or illness which manifests itself during the 60 days immediately before and including the date the Insured's Coverage became effective, unless the condition is controlled through the taking of prescription drugs or medication and remains controlled throughout the 60 day period.
Pre-Existing Condition Waiver: The Pre-Existing Condition exclusion is waived in the insured is under the age of 70 and coverage is purchased within 14 days of the date the initial trip deposit was paid to the travel supplier. Insureds also must be medically able to travel on the date Coverage is purchased.
